State tax law is known for its complexity. Practitioners are asked to reconcile numerous complex, and sometimes seemingly-conflicting, state laws and rules to establish the taxability (or not) of sales or income. This joint CLE between the Florida Bar Tax Section and Florida Bar Government Lawyers Section is designed to provide the details of state tax procedure from audit through litigation.
